- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆This shop wouldnt even consider and exchange with a bridle gown that I purchased even though I spent £500 in their shop. I even suggested that I would accept a reduction in the price and they wouldnt even talk to me on the phone even though I had all the receipts. they claim it was a one off dress but they had lots in different sizes! I am mortified that I have a very expensive dress that I dont even want to wear! what a horrid woman!By hayleyhead, December 09, 2019
